Apothecary Esthetics Policies + Spa Etiquette
When to arrive for your appointment.
Please arrive on time to your appointment. Arrive no more than ten minutes early for your appointment. Because we are a small yet busy studio we are unable to accommodate early start times/late arrivals. If you arrive late to an appointment this may will be deducted from your service time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to an appointment without contacting us, your appointment will be considered a no show. Please call us if you are running late. Thank you for your understanding!
Arrive to your appointment clean and hydrated! We use many beautiful natural oils in our facials and these sometimes make their way into the hairline, so you may want to shampoo after your session. Please use your best judgment and be courteous to your practitioner.
